Fashion Trend: Fall For Sweaters

This season, sweaters are bigger than ever-size wise and trend wise :). Oversized cable knits still are runway favourites, together with the fine cashmere slim fits. For an instant chic update, partner your chunky knit sweaters with wide-leg pants or mid length skirts. Fall for sweaters? Spring Fashion: The Shoe Edit

Ok, I was thinking doing a shoe edit on spring runway for a while, this really took me some time. Usually, I get more excited about fall/winter collections than spring/summer ones. But, this time, I found myself so attracted to almost all the shoe designs appeared on the runway. Anyways, here are the spring shoe trends to share with you guys :).

The biggest hit this season is the caged and bandaged heels-either they are chunky-heeled loafers or high-heeled bootie sandals, (Balenciaga, Balmain, Oscar de la Renta, ect.) The other trend is pumps with straps- morelike an alternation to the bandaged shoes, pumps with ankle straps or multi-straps have gained more popularity than ever (Haider Ackermann, Roberto Cavalli, Gucci). If anyone still trying to locate Stella McCartney’s holographic pumps from last season, here’s the good news-more holographic design for spring from Christian Dior, Rodarte, Lanvin, with an exotic twist. Last but not least is my favourtie style this season- the gladiator boots-the boots have updated to knee high, come with high heels or wedges, and finish with a military chic touch.
